ABOUT
I spent many years living in North County Dublin, before moving to the Forest of Dean in South West England in 2016. I studied life drawing for many years at Weston-super-Mare College of Science and Art in Somerset, and continued to practise this discipline at both Airfield House and the Trinity Arts Workshop in Dublin. I enrolled at the National College of Art and Design as a part time student in 2007. In 2012 I was awarded a Certificate in Visual Arts Practice at NCAD, achieving 1st class honours in each of the four modules comprising the Certificate.
In 2012 I had my first solo exhibition at The Grange Gallery in North County Dublin, which was highly successful. Following this I developed a strong interest in printmaking, which I practised at the Trinity Arts Workshop and the Debora Ando Print Studio in Dublin. Prior to my move to Gloucestershire, my work was available at The Grange Gallery, The Design House in Dublin, The Guinness Gallery in Foxrock, and The Artists' Gift Gallery in Dún Laoghaire. My work was also accepted for two annual 'Nature in Art' exhibitions at Castle Espie Wetland Centre in Northern Ireland. In 2023, 2024 and 2025, I exhibited with the 'Severn Sisters' artists' collective at the Severnside Press in Newnham-on-Severn. I also joined the farOpen Studios, and exhibited on their 2023 and 2024 Open Studios Art Trail. In the summer of 2025 I exhibited in their summer group exhibition. In November 2025 I had the privilege of participating in the inaugural Inked Print Fair, part of the Inked Print Festival in the Forest of Dean, organised by Nichola Goff of The Yard Print Studio.
